I’m Michelle. I’m a a Board Certified Transformational Holistic Life Coach and a former ICU nurse with over 17 years of experience. After witnessing the toll of burnout firsthand, I transitioned into holistic wellness to help others thrive both personally and professionally.



I blend my nursing knowledge with a holistic approach + the Mastery Method, guiding people like you to overcome obstacles at their root. By addressing and supporting changes on five crucial levels—somatic, emotional, mindset, behavioral, and unconscious—I help you the clear blocks that prevent you from living your most authentic life, enabling you to create a life that’s not just good, but a FULL-BODY YES.

The past few years have been quite a ride for me. Becoming an entrepreneur has been a deeply healing process, full of struggles, growing pains, learning, and lots of discovery.
